Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the soft toy you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Heirloom

  Carefully place the designer toy back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags, certificates of authenticity, and dust bags are included.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we cover all return shipping costs for our domestic clients.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
